Sidebar
The sidebar allows switching between the areas Pages, Data Models, and Workflows, each of which has a designer for creating the data and a viewer for displaying the data. The Administration area is further divided into subsections, such as User and Application Management.
If you are working with manubes for the first time, you should start by creating an application, as it serves as the "container" for the pages, data models, and workflows you create. If access to external data sources, such as an OPC server or MSSQL database, is required, an Edge Node is necessary to create the required Edge Connectors.
manubes has the following areas:
Pages
Pages serve the purpose of visualizing and inputting data from data models and workflows.
Data model
Data can be structured in data models that can be used to capture data from workflow executions, the manual entry of master data or the entry of data from pages.
Workflows
Build workflows to manage data
Administration
The administration is divided into the following sub-areas:
The sidebar is used for navigation between the different areas. If it's not displayed, it can be shown by clicking on the -Icon.
The following actions are available for the pages, data models and workflows:
Permissions
Set different permissions for users
Move elements
If the move mode is active, the icon is displayed next to the elements and the elements can be moved using drag & drop.
