Edge Nodes

Edge Nodes are used for controlling and executing workflows. Specifically, the Cloud Node is a component built into the Manubes system, which signals "Online" status when it is connected to the cloud. Depending on the subscription, a certain number of Edge Nodes can be created by the user. These are necessary to create Edge Connectors – connections to external data sources. Edge Nodes originating from the same network can be grouped into clusters. This increases fault tolerance through redundancy and enables dynamic load balancing.

Edge Nodes can be downloaded for Docker systems or for Windows systems.

The Docker Run command as well as the Windows Installer are preconfigured for your tenant and can only be executed once. If a reinstallation is required, the Windows Installer must be downloaded and executed again, or a new Docker Run command must be generated.
